Do you feel that you just need another 10 min of sleep in the morning? Do you come home from work feeling exhausted? Is the problem sleep related? Sleep hygiene refers to the quantity and quality of sleep we get. Research shows that adults need 6-8 hours of good quality sleep. Sleep is crucial for healing and repairing. Lack of sleep causes a lot of damage and causes lack of self-discipline in all aspects of life, including weight loss. What can you do to improve your sleep quality? Watch this video!
