Is Weight Loss Really a Journey of Awakening?

Awaken Your Gut Brain!

Ask anyone who has had to count their calories to shed only a few pounds?

It is a real uphill battle and then once you’ve lost the weight, there is this ever looming fear of regaining all the lost weight, making all your will power and efforts a complete waste.

Perhaps the dieting roller coaster is not the answer!

Scientific studies have proven that dieting doesn’t work – as diets are largely unsustainable in the long term.

Take a different “Road” with Hippocrates who said, “All disease begins in the Gut.”

Awaken Your Gut Brain: Seat of Your Metabolism

An “Awakened” Gut Brain is the most powerful tool you have to live a life of peak health and vitality, without falling into the trap of diets and fads.

Trust me, over the last 3 decades in my practice I have seen the damaging effects of dieting in various shapes and forms.

Dieting can hurt you more long term than it can heal you.

Please don’t misunderstand me, I am not saying that I give you the “license” to “pig out” on anything … but there is a sensible approach which does work.

And if you still don’t believe me … I invite you to join me in an interview with Chris. Meet Chris Thomas who transformed his life within a span of 18 months and has literally shifted his metabolism by embracing a massive lifestyle shift. He is not only more active, looking 10 years younger than his 66 years “young” age. He even avoided the knee replacement surgery which was being scheduled 18 months prior.

He followed the advise given to him on resetting his Gut health to the last letter and even started doing Yoga.

You have to listen to this man as he will convince you that you are never too old (or young) to take charge of your destiny.
